Benefit Information and Application

We will provide all veterans with the information that they need about the benefits they are entitled to. We will also help them fill out the applications for benefits from both the VA and Social Security. If a veteran qualifies for benefits from their local county, then we will help them with that application as well.

Emergency Food

We will provide veterans who are in need with a grocery store gift card (when funds are available) for food. We will also direct them to local food banks within their counties.

Some counties have food banks just for veterans, so we will help the veteran register for an appointment to pick up food. The grocery store gift card is given to a veteran once every 6 months when funds are available.

Veteran Only Food Bank ( New Services)

Veteran Food Bank

Our Veteran Only Food Bank allows veterans and their families a chance to receive much needed food items. Our pantry operates once every two weeks.

For those who do not have transportation, we will have your food items delivered with our partner Door Dash.

Hot Meal Delivery

For our homeless veterans, we provide hot meals from local restaurants and we deliver them to you. We have several locations where we setup to give out the hot meals. This is possible because of our partnership with Food Donation Connection.

Emergency Housing Information and Overnight Stay

We will provide all veterans with information regarding the organizations that provide shelter for veterans.

Additionally, we are in the process of launching our overnight stay program. This will give a homeless veteran a chance to have a hot shower, wash their clothing, and sleep in a bed for one night.

When we surveyed veterans and asked if one night off the street would help them, the replies were all the same: Yes! This program will be free of charge to veterans.

Emergency Cash Assistance

We will provide a Visa gift card to the veteran who needs serious assistance for themselves and their families. The card will be given to one veteran every 6 months.

The card can be used for transportation, toiletries, or help with a bill. This is offered when funds are available. The maximum card amount is $100.00, so we can help as many veterans

as possible.

Important Reminder: To qualify for any of the services listed on this page, you must have a VA ID card. If you don't, we will try to help you obtain one.
